As a current Graphic Design intern for the 2023-2024 academic year at The Humanities & Arts Marketing department, the student-run design firm at San Jose State University, I work in communication with students, organizations, faculty, and staff to create marketing material that is displayed around campus and online.
Branding Style GuideNovember 2023
Project Description
A goal for the marketing team this semester was to create a logo and style guide for Curricular Communities, an organization on campus that oversees smaller committies. Several design students were tasked to create a logo, the client chose the one I created.
My RoleAfter multiple sketches and iterations my logo was chosen. I was then tasked to create a branding style guide for the logo. In the style guide I include an introduction, logo breakdown, colors, typeface, as well as mockups that can be used for events and signage throughout San Jose State’s campus. The stickers I designed were sent for printing for students and faculty.

and Dance Posters August 2023 - May 2024
My RoleWhen assigned a poster, I made sure to do research on each concert to make sure the feel of the concert was truly captured. Communicating with the client was also an important aspect of each poster to make sure they were satisfied with the final product.
These posters were displayed on sandwich boards around campus, bulliten boards and even on digital screens Hammer Theatre.
